{"id":1410,"date":"2025-12-30T17:34:40","date_gmt":"2025-12-30T14:34:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amhsc.gov.et\/?p=1410"},"modified":"2025-12-30T17:46:19","modified_gmt":"2025-12-30T14:46:19","slug":"the-president-of-the-amhara-regional-supreme-court-mr-alemante-agdew-held-discussions-with-mr-sean-boyd-minister-counsellor-and-head-of-development-cooperation-at-the-embassy-of-canada-on-the-re","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amhsc.gov.et\/?p=1410","title":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align:justify;font-size:25px;text-color:black\">The President of the Amhara Regional Supreme Court, Mr. Alemante Agdew, held discussions with Mr. Sean Boyd, Minister Counsellor and Head of Development Cooperation at the Embassy of Canada, on the reform initiatives launched by the Regional Court.<\/div>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Addis Ababa; December 29 2025 (ANRS supreme Court)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-color:black\">The Amhara Regional Supreme Court is currently implementing a transformation plan that has the potential to fundamentally reform the institution.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-color:black\">To support this effort, the Court is working collaboratively with various stakeholders.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-color:black\">On this day, detailed presentations were made and discussions held on the Court\u2019s transformation plan, the activities already carried out, and the actions planned for implementation in the short and long term.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align:justify;text-color:black\">During the discussion, Mr. Sean Boyd commended the Court\u2019s efforts to uphold the rule of law and to build an independent judiciary.
